New CSBC Members

Dear New Member,

The Coronado Shores Beach Club (CSBC) members and Board of Directors welcome you. We’re glad you’re here! CSBC is a relaxed and welcoming community. To assist you with setting up your new home here in CSBC, we have included easy on-line new homeowner registration plus handy local services and businesses links. There is a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) page as well.

Coronado Shores Beach Club, Inc., (commonly referred to as Coronado Shores or CSBC), is a non-profit Oregon Corporation whose members are the owners of the common property in Coronado Shores. The Corporation owns, operates, and maintains the common facilities including the Clubhouse, the Cabana, caretaker's house, two swimming pools, and other common areas. It is the responsibility of the Board of Directors and designated committees to ensure compliance with the Bylaws and CCRs. In turn, it is the responsibility of the members to at all times comply with the rules and guidelines detailed in these documents.

As a new homeowner and member of CSBC we request that within 10 business days of closing you complete the Registration Form. Once registered we can make sure that you are kept apprised of what is happening here at CSBC. In addition to our information boards located at the Clubhouse and at the Cabana, our primary method of communication, for community notices or emergencies, is via e-mail. It is the homeowners responsibility to keep us apprised of any address, phone or email changes. Do keep in mind that we value your privacy and will keep all personal information confidential.

While at the Clubhouse, say hello to our Club Caretaker, J.C. Underwood, and to our Board Administrative Assistant, Terri Lloyd. In addition to our office, the Clubhouse has an array of various documents that are available including tide charts, emergency preparedness booklets, pamphlets, and community specific information. You will also find books, magazines, and movies available for member use. Don't forget to take a peek at our Activities link and check out the bulletin boards for upcoming events.
