HOA Regulations
Coronado Shores Beach Club, Inc. (CSBC) is a non-profit, non-stock Oregon corporation whose members are owners of property in CSBC. Its purposes are to organize and sponsor social and recreational activities for its members, and to own, operate, and maintain all common areas including the Clubhouse, the Cabana, the caretaker's house, beach access, and the pools. By enforcing the Governing Documents and other regulations attached below, the CSBC Board of Directors and the Architectural Committee will ensure the continuation of the original character of all facilities and the natural beauty of the community for your personal enjoyment and the protection of your investment in CSBC. Lot owners are requested to review all governing documents and to contact the Board with any questions.

- The Article of Incorporation
- The By-Laws
- The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs)
- The Architectural Guidelines
- The Leasing Rules
- The Garage Sales Rules
- The Oregon Planned Community Act
