Our home, our community on the beautiful central Oregon Coast
Dear New Member,
The Coronado Shores Beach Club (CSBC) members and Board of Directors welcome you. We’re glad you’re here! CSBC is a relaxed and welcoming community with helpful neighbors. To assist you with setting up your new home here in CSBC, we have included Local Services and Businesses Links. There is a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) page as well.
Coronado Shores Beach Club, Inc., (commonly referred to as Coronado Shores or CSBC), is a non-profit Oregon Corporation whose members are the owners of the common property in Coronado Shores. The Corporation owns, operates, and maintains the common facilities including the Clubhouse, the Cabana, caretaker's house, two swimming pools, and other common areas. It is the responsibility of the Board of Directors and designated committees to ensure compliance with the Bylaws and CCRs. In turn, it is the responsibility of the members to at all times comply with the rules and guidelines detailed in these documents.
We ask that new members print, complete, and drop off a copy of the General Information Form. This form is also available at the Clubhouse. When you drop off the completed form at the Clubhouse, we will provide you with the Cabana code and answer any questions you may have at that time. By completing the General Information Form, we can make sure that you are kept apprised of what is happening here at CSBC, and that your emergency response information is correct. In addition to our information boards located at the Clubhouse and at the Cabana, our primary method of communication, for community notices or emergencies, is via e-mail. It is members' responsibility to keep us apprised of any address, phone or email changes. Do keep in mind that we value your privacy and will keep all demographic information confidential.
While at the Clubhouse, say hello to our Club Caretaker, J.C. Underwood, and to our Board Administrative Assistant, Terri Lloyd. In addition to our office, the Clubhouse has an array of various documents that are available including tide charts, emergency preparedness booklets, pamphlets, and community specific information. You will also find books, magazines, and movies available for member use.
If you have any questions, please call us at 541-764-2495. We look forward to seeing you at some of our activities, events, and around the community.
Sincerely, The CSBC Board of Directors
